Kevin has been practicing law since 2014, and has extensive experience in HOA law. He has spent the vast majority of his time in legal practice focusing solely on community association law matters and assisting homeowners association (HOAs) and condominium association clients. Kevin has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of community association legal issues, including governing document interpretation, amendment, and restatement, corporate governance and elections, the preparation of rules, policies, and procedures, contract preparation and review, governing document enforcement, and assessment collection. Kevin was the supervising attorney at a HOA collection company overseeing the assessment, collection, and lien process, including non judicial foreclosures. Kevin also has experience guiding associations through large-scale renovation projects, including implementation of special assessments and securing of bank loans, as well as, assisting with the review of necessary project management and construction agreements. Kevin has successfully assisted thousands of Boards and Community Managers with their legal questions and issues, and looks forward to working with new association clients to help them address their legal concerns and avoid future legal problems.
